About Our Founder – Mark Singleton

Providence Transformation & Analytics was founded by Mark Singleton, an experienced operations and financial advisory professional with over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, finance, business systems and analytics, and consulting.

Mark specializes in helping organizations identify and diagnose complex operational and financial performance problems, apply analytics to clarify root causes, and work alongside leadership to implement practical solutions that improve results.

His background includes deep experience in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt), business process improvement, ERP and financial systems transformation, and analytics-driven decision support. Mark holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He brings a hands-on, execution-oriented approach focused on measurable outcomes — not theory, slideware, or generic transformation programs.
